Role Summary

The receptionist will be responsible for answering phones, patient scheduling and registration, charge entries, work queues, payment posting, batch balancing, cash reconciliation and balancing, obtaining authorisation numbers for patients, confirming co-payment with medical aids and liaising with the relevant parties when admitting private patients.
